good tea

Some books are like quality Chinese tea. You can refill the tea with water many times and the flavour still lingers in the water in more and more subtle intensities.

Some books you read again and again untill all the words fade from the pages and seep into your mind through your eyes. And finally you possess the magic in those words and can put the same sparkle in your writing.

Recommended books of the week:

Eva Luna
Daughter of Fortune

both by Isabel Allende

also, to satisfy the hungry: Like water for chocolate

Tea

I made some tea for myself last night... forgot to drink it. The ants got to it before me.

Me room is a mess. I am begining to think that the cieling and walls are starting to crumble to add to the mess. It feels like a cave. Dim and like a war zone. A reflection of my decrease in enthusiasm as the semester approaches it's end.

I will take a nap now to the incessant humming of my computer flirting with the sound of the fan. As usual the artificial breeze makes my hair dance and tickle my face like snakes on medusa's hair.
